Top 5 Navigation and Maps Apps Performance in Peru Q4 2023

The fourth quarter of 2023 saw varying performance among the top 5 navigation and maps applications in Peru. Here’s a detailed look at their downloads, revenue, and weekly active user trends based on data from Sensor Tower.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a steady increase in downloads, starting from around 14.3K in late September and peaking at approximately 19.4K by the end of December. Weekly active users also showed a general upward trend, moving from about 744K to nearly 793K over the same period.

Google Maps experienced significant fluctuations in downloads, with notable peaks mid-quarter. Downloads reached a high of approximately 24K in mid-November, while weekly active users peaked at around 836K towards the end of December.

Google Earth witnessed a decline in both downloads and active users throughout the quarter. Downloads dropped from around 6.4K to 3.8K, and weekly active users decreased from about 56.9K to 47.3K.
